Conservation Subdivisions in Southeastern Wisconsin
Aslı is leading an investigation about the merits of conservation subdivision design. The study examines conservation subdivisions built in Waukesha County, WI between 1990-2005 and involves a comparative analysis of conservation and conventional subdivisions built during the same period.
GIS Use for Planning in Wisconsin
Aslı is leading an effort to evaluate the use of GIS in Wisconsin’s public planning agencies. The study emphasizes the investigation of the challenges to the effective use of GIS in these agencies.
